Japanese store Papier Labo is located at the quiet corner in Tokyo’s residential area, passing on the warmth of traditions and the simple beauty of paper products, produces all sorts of everyday items with handmade paper, including cute incense sticks.

The shop is opened by Kimiaki Eto in 2007 as the design and printing division for the company Landscape Products. It all started with "Letterpress Revival", a special exhibition about letterpress printing, which was on the verge of disappearing. The exhibition attracted a lot of interest from people who were unfamiliar with the technique. Inspired by the event, Eto continued the passion by opening a store in the small warehouse, selling letterpress printing, paper, and paper-related products. Initially He initially thought the shop would only last for a few months, but it has gradually become known among customers and now become a must-visit destination for paper lovers worldwide. Papier Labo continues to develop unique products, collaborating with artists, sharing the bliss of everyday life through papers.
