Shipping policy

Welcome to HEIMA. Ouronline orders support delivery to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. For details, please refer to the following:

Dispatch Time
  1. On regular working days, after receiving a paid order, we arrange shipments on the next business day.
  2. If the next day is a Sunday or public holiday, due to SF Express collection suspension,shipment will be arranged on the following business day instead.
  3. After the shipment, we will update the order status and send a notification via email. Registered members can simply log in to their My Account page to check the latest shipment status.
Shipping Cost: Hong Kong
  1. Orders with a total amount of HK$500 or above are eligible for free SF Express shipping. 

1.1.  Note: Our free shipping policy does not apply to luggages and large items, including Crash Baggage, Monocozzi, Rimowaluggages, Hasgawa step ladder, and Manduka Yoga mat.

1.2.  Reference shipping costs for large items:
         Suitcases:
         21" = $128
         26" = $168
         30" = $200

         Yoga mat:
         $88

         Step Ladder:
         $88 - $200 

1.3.  If customers purchase large items such as suitcases or step ladders and require same-day delivery, we can make special arrangements with GoGoVan, and the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee.

1.4.  If the order amount does not meet the free shipping requirement, shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight of the items and displayed during checkout. 

1.5. By default, online orders are shipped via SF Express. 

1.6. Delivery within Hong Kong usually takes 1-2 business days. 

Shipping Cost: Macau
  1. Orders with a total amount of HK$500 or above are eligible for free SF Express shipping.

1.2 Luggages and large items will be sent to Macau/Taiwan using the following methods:

       Taiwan: SF Express

  1. If the order amount does not meet the free shipping requirement, shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight of the items and displayed during checkout.

  2. By default, online orders to Macau and Taiwan are shipped via SF Express.

  3. According to SF Express requirements, orders shipped to Taiwan must include recipient's full Chinese name and ID number in the order checkout notes.

  4. Delivery time to Macau and Taiwan usually takes 2-4 business days.
