Regarding the order-over-$500 free shipping policy, what items are not eligible? 

The free shipping policy on orders over $500 does not apply to luggages and large items, including Crash Baggage, Monocozzi, Rimowa luggages, Hasgawa step ladder, and Manduka Yoga mat.

Can I make purchases from locations outside Hong Kong?

We offer shipping to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Please note that the free shipping policy on orders over $500 does not apply to luggages and large items. For shipping fee please see our Shipping Policy.

What is the warranty period for the products? 

The warranty terms for each brand are as follows: 

  • Braun - 1 year Hong Kong warranty 
  • Crash Baggage - 5 years global warranty 
  • Monocozzi - 5 years Hong Kong warranty 
  • Orbitkey - 2 years Hong Kong warranty 
  • Rimowa - 5 years global warranty 
  • Steamery - 1 year Hong Kong warranty 
  • Transparent - 1 year Hong Kong warranty
Can I get a refund if I don't like the received product?  

We do not offer refunds, but we provide a 7-day product exchange service (only applicable for exchanging the same brand and product for a different color). Customer could first contact our customer service (+852 55458746). Upon receiving notification, you can visit our Kwun Tong store for an exchange within 7 days from the date of in-store purchase/ 7 days from the delivery date for online orders. Please note that the product must be in a brand-new and unused condition for any exchange. For more details, please see our Exchange Policy.

What should I do if my online order item has defects upon arrival?
