Dragon Diffusion is a brand based around hand crafted woven leather bags and basket.

Celebrating the pragmatic intelligence of the craftsman all around the world, turning usually vegetable fibers to practical carry bags in indigenous communities on islands, atolls and remote coastal areas: from the South Pacific Islands to New Zealand Tribal Kit bags, to the fabulous Japanese craft of Bamboo Basketry, and the refined Wicker Paniers & Baskets from France and UK - all this basketry work has been transposed into the brand’s unique craft of Leather Weaving.

Crust leather straps are dyed in natural vegetable dyes with Dragon Diffusion’s special colouring technique, and once the leather laces are prepared, the leather weavers use only their hands to craft the bags. Over time and some use, the bags will even develop a special used patina, enhancing the signature nature style of the brand.
